In Bashkiria, 4 natural fires occurred over last 24 hours
Dry, hot weather contributes to the ignition of dry vegetation.
Over the past 24 hours, 4 cases of dry vegetation burning were registered in the republic in the Blagovarsky, Krasnokamsky, Chishminsky districts, and the city of Birsk. All fires have been extinguished, reports the press service of the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Emergency Situations.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, 6 forest fire outbreaks have occurred over a total area of more than 55 hectares, and 135 ignitions of dry vegetation have occurred over a total area of more than 199 hectares.
