Dry grass caught fire in two districts of Bashkiria
The fire was promptly extinguished.
Over the past 24 hours, two cases of dry-vegetation fires were registered in Bashkiria, in the Chishminsky and Yanaulsky districts. All fires have been extinguished, the press service of the Republic of Bashkortostan State Committee for Emergency Situations reported.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, there have been 6 forest fire outbreaks in the republic, covering more than 55 hectares, and 126 dry vegetation fires, covering more than 189 hectares.
