In Ufa, teenager without license got behind wheel drunk
The parents of the underage offender were called to the scene.
State traffic inspectorate officers stopped a VAZ-2114 vehicle on Gatchinskaya Street. Behind the wheel was a minor without a driver's license. A sharp smell of alcohol was coming from the young man.
The teenager's parents were called to the scene. In their presence, he was removed from driving the vehicle and underwent an examination for a state of intoxication. The device showed 0.671 mg/l of alcohol in the exhaled air, the Ufa traffic police press service reported.
The teenager was held accountable. The vehicle was sent to an impound lot. Materials were drawn up against the parents for transfer to the Commission on Juvenile Affairs.
