Forest fire was extinguished in Baymaksky District of Bashkiria
The State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Emergency Situations is maintaining control of the situation.
Over the past 24 hours, there was one forest fire in the Baymaksky District covering an area of 4 hectares. This was reported on the morning of April 20 by the agency's head, Kirill Pervov.
In addition, firefighters extinguished 14 grass fires in the Uchalinsky (4), Baymaksky, Blagoveshchensky, Khaybullinsky (2), Sterlitamaksky (2), Kuyurgazinsky, Miyakinsky, and Chishminsky districts, as well as in Sibay, covering a total area of more than 51 hectares.
All fires were extinguished.
