Resident of Bashkiria will work off on street for unpaid alimony
Residents of Bashkiria will work off for free for the benefit of society, 450 hours in their free time.
A 40-year-old uchalinets received such a sentence after the consideration of the case of non-payment of alimony. His debt amounted to 420 thousand rubles; in addition, the man was accused of selling a car, and bailiffs imposed an arrest to recover the debt. Nevertheless, the negligent parent sold the "Skoda Fabia" and avoided collecting the maintenance debt for the child.
The court sentenced him to public works.
