Visitors at pool in Bashkortostan were poisoned by chlorine fumes

The Sterlitamak City Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the incident.

As "Bashinform" has learned, this afternoon in Sterlitamak, four adults and nine children were relaxing at a bath complex. After swimming in the pool, they felt unwell and sought medical assistance.

One of the young visitors has been hospitalized, while the others were released home by doctors for outpatient treatment after an examination.

The Acting Prosecutor of Sterlitamak, Andrey Lebed, has arrived at the scene.
