In Ufa salesperson defrauded door buyers of 2 million rubles

According to the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Bashkortostan, a woman, working as a salesperson for her businesswoman daughter, entered into a contract with 35 citizens for the supply of doors. Having no intention of fulfilling the obligations she undertook for the supply and installation of goods and components, she received more than 2 million rubles, which she disposed of at her discretion.
The court sentenced her to 4 years of suspended imprisonment with a 3-year probation period, and also satisfied the claims for recovery of the damage caused by the crime.
