Passenger bus crashes into tree in Bashkortostan
At the time of the accident, there were 10 passengers on board.
In Salavat, a bus carrying 10 passengers crashed into a tree, the Bashkortostan State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported.
According to preliminary information, a 64-year-old driver of a PAZ bus veered off the road into a ditch for unknown reasons and struck a tree. There were 10 passengers inside the vehicle at the time of the crash. As a result of the accident, the driver and one passenger were injured and taken to a local hospital. Two children aged 9 and 14 also sought medical assistance on their own.
Officers of the regional traffic police and other emergency services are working at the scene.
