Violations were found at animal exhibition in Republic of Bashkortostan
At the request of the prosecutor's office, the Rosselkhoznadzor administration for the Republic of Bashkortostan inspected an individual entrepreneur, the organizer of an animal exhibition in Ishimbay. The inspection revealed a violation of the Government of the Russian Federation's decree "On the approval of requirements for the use of animals for cultural and entertainment purposes and their keeping."
The administration issued an order to eliminate the violations and drew up the corresponding protocol. It is noted that according to the requirements for the use of animals for cultural and entertainment purposes and their keeping, the maximum duration of an exhibition involving animals is 4 calendar days.
