The Orenburg region has submitted a preliminary damage assessment to the government, which exceeds 40 billion rubles. However, it's important to note that this is a conservative estimate, as the water levels have yet to recede, and a comprehensive survey has yet to be conducted.

The flood has reached its peak, and the most challenging situation is in the regional center of Orenburg.

Bashinform News Agency reported that more than 80 tons of water were delivered to the Orenburg region from Bashkiria.
