Forest fire is extinguished near Beloretsk

Near Beloretsk, the main forest fire near the Nizhnee Village was put out, the city administration informs. The dispatchers had a report of the fire at 12.36; firefighters detected the burning of 3 hectares of forest at the site. 100 people worked on its liquidation - emergency service employees and volunteers, 27 units of equipment.

The forest burned close enough to the housing estate, but the evacuation of the population was not required, since the outbreak was quickly extinguished, the municipality noted. Firemen continue to work at the emergency site.

Besides, there were forest fires in other places in the region today: the forest burned twice in the Uzyanskoe forestry, a fire was recorded in the Tyrlyanskoe forestry, and in the territory of the South Ural Reserve near the village of Revet.
