Fire occurred at Ufa refinery

UFA, 7 November 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. A fire occurred in the territory of the Ufa oil refinery: residual diesel fuel caught on fire.

A report on the residual burning of petroleum products was received by the Center for Crisis Management in the General Directorate of the Emergencies Ministry of Russia in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The workforce and means of Rosneft Fire Safety LLC were used at fire extinguishing.

It was established that the diesel fuel burned in a repaired installation on an area of 20 square meters.

The open burning was localized at 17.38, and at 17.39 it was eliminated. There were no injuries and fatalities.

The situation is under the control of the General Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Bashkortostan.
