Vladimir Putin instructed to form commission to investigate plane crash in Sochi
UFA, 26 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. The Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to form a state commission to investigate into the Tu-154 plane crash in Sochi, the kremlin.ru informs.
According to TASS, there were 93 people on board of the aircraft - the military, musicians of the Alexandrov ensemble and media representatives. The Tu-154 of the Russian Defense Ministry disappeared from radars after leaving Sochi. The plane flew to Syria at Hmeymim airbase.
The debris of the plane fell into the Black Sea can be lifted for a week under favourable weather conditions. This opinion was shared with the TASS correspondent by the head of monitoring service of the central joint Russian lifesaving society Vladimir Gritsihin. The specialist noted that given the depth of the sea there were almost no chances for salvation of people.
