Death of nine-month girl is investigated into in Ufa

UFA, 15 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. In Ufa the circumstances of the death of a nine-month girl are investigated. She died in the intensive care department of the city hospital No. 17. According to her mother, the child's health deteriorated after vaccination. It was a routine procedure in the district hospital. The district pediatrician examined the child and found her completely healthy. After this a mixed vaccine against pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus and polio and hepatitis was administered.

Currently all the circumstances of the incident are being established, medical records are requested, data on cause of the death. According to the results of pre-investigation a corresponding procedural decision will be taken, the Investigative Committee RB reports.
