Media: a three-year- old child is in intensive care as a result of ice falling from the roof

UFA, 10 March 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. A three-year-old child was injured by ice falling from the roof of a five-storey building in Bashkortostan. The incident occurred in the city of Sterlitamak yesterday. As the "Komsomolskaya Pravda-Ufa" newspaper reports, the girl was hospitalized. Presumably, she is in intensive care with severe brain injury.

As the newspaper writes citing witnesses, since early March local residents repeatedly asked utility providers to clean the roof, but they refused to do it on the pretext of technical infeasibility.

Now, according to some sources, the parents of the injured girl are going to submit a claim to law enforcement authorities.
