Ufa residents will be reimbursed more than 19 million rubles of overpayment for heating

UFA, 1 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. In Ufa, tenants of houses will be reimbursed 19 million rubles of overpayment for heating. Violations were detected during the checking by the Prosecutor's Office of Ordzhonikidze residential district of the capital.

According to the Prosecutor's Office of the republic, in the last year JSC "UZH of Ordzhonikidze district of Ufa" included in the line "heating" the cost of the liquid used in heating systems. By law, citizens do not need to pay additionally for this service, as it is already included in the fee for the heating. As a result, residents of 765 homes were charged more than 19 million rubles.

The perpetrators were fined 150 thousand rubles. After the prosecutor's investigation the management company has taken measures to recalculate illegally accrued sums.
