Illegal plastic surgery clinic was organized in Bashkiria state hospital

UFA, 9 December 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. In Sterlitamak in the city hospital No.1 a private clinic was organized where illegal plastic surgery was carried out. This was announced today at a press conference by the prosecutor of the republic Valery Kuzmin.

"The chief doctor of the hospital, together with the head of the department, who was his wife, organized a private clinic. Plastic surgery was illegally conducted to the customers of the company with the use of the equipment and premises of the state institution. At that the revenues received were directed not on the city hospital account, not to the budget, but on the account of the commercial organization. In addition, customers were misled about the cost of the services rendered. For example, if plastic surgery on the price list cost six thousand rubles, finally they had to pay 120 thousand rubles", Valery Kuzmin said.

The criminal case is initiated for fraud.
