Emergencies Ministry announces a storm warning in Bashkortostan for October 8

UFA, 7 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. According to Bashkir Agency for Hydrometeorology and Environment Monitoring, on October 8 a nasty weather is expected in Bashkiria: wet snow, sometimes heavy, strong winds of up to 15-20 m/s, ice, sticking of wet snow on wires and trees, formation of a temporary snow cover, blizzard in the north-west areas.

Today, on October 7, in the northern regions of the republic in some places heavy rain, snow build-up on wires and trees are expected.

"In these circumstances different incidents are possible: falling of trees and structures, wire breakage, traffic accidents. Please exercise extreme caution!", representatives of the Emergency Ministry of Bashkiria appeal to the citizens.
