Two trucks collided in Bashkiria on M5 highway, both drivers died

UFA, 11 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Iglino region of Bashkortostan on the route Samara - Ufa - Chelyabinsk heavy transporters Scania and DAF collided. Footage of the accident and the resulting jam was promptly posted on the Net by the BashDTP (road traffic accident) community member.

The republican traffic police explained that according to the preliminary version, the accident occurred due to the blown-out wheel of DAF – the truck loaded with building materials drove into the oncoming lane and hit the Scania.

Both drivers of the trucks were killed in the accident.
