More than 800 thousand Ufa residents dialed the Rescue Service number 112 YTD

UFA, 7 August 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Alim Faizov/. Since the beginning of this year, the Information and Control Centre of "Rescue Service 112" of Ufa received more than 800,000 calls. Daily on average about 4000 calls are received by the Control Centre. According to statistics, 16,759 complaints were registered on housing and household issues, 613,720 calls were seeking for advice and psychological assistance. 25% of calls were related to the emergency ones (190 000) and, most citizens called to ambulance service (120,947) and the police (55,604).

In 2014 the call-centre of Ufa "Rescue Service 112" received 1,079,326 calls, and about 8 million calls since the establishment of Information and Control Centre in 1999.

The Information and Control Centre "Rescue Service 112" of Ufa around the clock receives calls to the number "112". It is a common emergency number to call the rescuers, firefighters, police, medical ambulance and other emergency response services.
