Airbus carrying out Nizhnevartovsk - Ufa flight had malfunction in hydraulic system

UFA, 15 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency,Olga Murtazina/. The Volga Transport Directorate of Investigative Committee RF conducts a pre-investigation into the incident, which occurred on May 12. An Airbus A321 flying from Nizhnevartovsk landed at the Ufa airport. During the flight the aircraft had a pressure drop in the hydraulic system. During the inspection it was detected a hydraulic fluid leak from under the hood of the right engine unit. There were six crew members and 220 passengers on board, none of them was hurt.

"Currently, we set out the circumstances and causes of the incident, a number of expert studies are planned. Following the investigation a procedural decision will be made", the press release of the Directorate informs.
