In Bashkortostan, a prominent Russian scientist urbanist Denis Vizgalov and his daughter died in a fire
In the city of Beloretsk a prominent Russian scientist urbanist Denis Vizgalov and his 11-year-old daughter died in a fire in the garden cottage. According to the Investigation Department of Investigative Committee RF in Bashkortostan, bodies of the dead were found by emergency officers while fire extinguishing in the gardeners' partnership "Lesovik". It was established that these were a 40-year-old resident of Dolgoprudny city of Moscow region Denis Vizgalov and his daughter. Presumably, the cause of the fire was electric wiring fault.
Now all circumstances of the tragedy are being established. Fire-technical investigation and forensic examination will be conducted.
Denis Vizgalov was a Russian geographer, economist, urbanist. He was an expert in the field of marketing and branding of areas. Member of the Editorial Board of Urban Regeneration and Renewal Magazine (London), a leading expert of the European Institute of Marketing Areas (Warsaw).
