Director of Ufa recreation park was fined for an accident on the bouncer

In Ufa the court sentenced the director of Pervomaysky Recreation Park. In June 2013 a strong wind overturned a bouncer, on which at that time five children from two to six years were jumping. All children were injured; a six year old girl and a four year old boy received the most severe traumas. "Operations manual of the inflatable structure prohibits the use of the bouncer when the wind speed exceeds 10.7 metres per second. In addition, the bouncer was not fixed well. The director failed to bring to notice of his employees these provisions of the manual", the press service of the Investigation Committee on RB informs. The offender was sentenced to the fine of 100 thousand rubles by the court.
