Extremists from Baimaksky region were found guilty of weapons keeping

The Supreme Court RB stiffened a verdict for four residents of Baimaksky region 43, 42, 40 and 38 years old, accused of keeping weapons and ammunition, and previously convicted of extremism. The court found that members of the terrorist organization "Imarat Caucasus" kept at home explosives total weight of 700 grams, a homemade pistol, detonators, ammunition and gunpowder.
In 2012, the criminals were convicted of organizing and participating in activities of an extremist organization for a period of two years and three months in the colony.
Baimaksky District Court sentenced the accused to the same penalties for weapons keeping. This decision was appealed by the convicts, but the Supreme Court RB stiffened the penalties: now each of them will spend additionally three years in the colony, the organizer - three years and one month, the press service of the Prosecutor's Office RB reports.
