Four trains will go through Bashkortostan because of a railway accident in the Chelyabinsk Region

Routes of some trains are changed due to the derailment of cars with coal in the Chelyabinsk region of South-Ural Railway. This was reported by the press service of the EMERCOM in the Chelyabinsk Region citing a source in the management of the South-Ural Railway.

The train No. 312 Astrakhan-Nizhnevartovsk, No.142 Simferopol-Yekaterinburg, No. 71 Astana- Moscow and No. 313 Nizhnevartovsk-Penza departed via indirect route Ufa -Beloretsk - Kartali.

At night on February 12, the derailment of cars with coal occurred in the Chelyabinsk region of South-Ural Railway. There are no casualties, no threat to environmental safety. 400 metres of down railway, more than 300 metres of up railway were damaged.

Passenger trains No. 14 Moscow-Chelyabinsk and No. 392 Moscow-Chelyabinsk will go to the Zlatoust station, further transportation of passengers will be organized by buses.

The causes are being under investigation, currently reconstruction works are conducted at the scene.
