Bailiffs will make raids to debtors in Bashkortostan

In anticipation of the upcoming New Year’s holidays bailiffs of Bashkortostan Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia intend to conduct raids on collections of alimony payments, taxes, fines, utility services payments and other social obligations.

As the press office of the department reports, the citizens having debts should be ready for the fact that bailiffs can seize their property, levy execution upon their wages and bring debtors to civil and criminal liability. In addition, a temporary restriction on right to travel outside Russia will be applied more actively.

"Therefore we urge people to pay their obligations in due time and without persistent involvement of bailiffs," said the head of the department of Bashkortostan Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service RF Sergey Spatar. He also said that now on Saturdays from 10 to 13 o’clock reception of citizens on matters within the competence of the service will be organized in every district, city, interdistrict offices of the department.
