Bailiffs conduct internal struggle against corruption in Bashkortostan

The Office of the Federal Bailiff Service on Bashkortostan conducts active work on the detection and prevention of corruption offenses and crimes.

Since the beginning of 2013 ten materials against bailiffs in which activities indications of illegal acts contained were sent to the police. Criminal cases were initiated against two employees who abused their official powers. In addition, criminal proceedings were instituted on other criminal charges - abuse of office; embezzlement, fraud.

Since the beginning of 2013 verdicts of guilty were brought in for corruption offenses against four former employees of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service on Bashkortostan.

In particular, the Soviet District Court sentenced the former Ufa leading expert of the special department to 3 years and 6 months imprisonment with probation and a fine of 10,000 rubles to the state revenue.

This year, 491 candidates for employment were checked, 11 of them were refused in employment. 169 calls from individuals and legal entities were received by "hotline" from the beginning of the year.
