Driver will come up for trial in Uchaly

In Uchaly a 20-year-old local resident accused of traffic regulations infringement resulted in death of a person will come up for a trial. According to investigation bodies, in July this year he drove VAZ-2109 car being under the influence of drink and on the road Beloretsk — Uchaly he made the car roll-over into a ditch. A 21-year-old passenger died in the road accident.

After handing in of an indictment the criminal case will be transferred for further proceedings in the court, the press-service of Office of Public Prosecutor RB informs.
