Supreme Court of Bashkiria became the leader in the rating of answering interval

The Supreme Court of Bashkortostan took the first line in the rating of telephone access of courts of general jurisdiction. Monitoring was spent by the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) in order to find out how quickly it is possible to get through to the court on the phone.

The experiment organizers managed to get through to the Supreme Court of the republic from the first attempt and in hardly more than one second. The top five of the rating included also Kaluga, Tambov and Saratov Regional Courts, and Krasnoyarsk Territorial Court. RAPSI operators could get at them less than in two seconds. The rating is closed by the court of Khanty-Mansijsk Autonomous District, where an answering interval has exceeded 40 seconds.

The pattern of telephone access to all courts of subjects of the Russian Federation has appeared extremely miscellaneous, RAPSI reports. It had to make several calls to reach several courts-outsiders. The Agency marks that in comparison with 2012 an average answering interval decreased by 1,46 seconds and made 7,7 seconds.
