Office of Public Prosecutor made a claim to developers of objects in Verhnetorgovaya square

During checking observance of town-planning legislation the Office of Public Prosecutor of the Kirov district of Ufa has established that the “Gostiny Dvor” multipurpose complex LLC has erected a foundation and a ground floor of a hotel and business centre in Verhnetorgovaya square without a building licence. It should be mentioned that the objects are being constructed within the limits of preparation of our city for the SCO and BRICS Summits. The construction company had a permission only on enablement works carrying out — clearing and grubbing of the construction territory. The document permitting construction works is important, as it guarantees observance of the town-planning legislation and provides safety of citizens visiting an object under construction, the spokesmen of republican Office of Public Prosecutor mark.

«Infringement is revealed only as documents registration, it will be eliminated in the shortest terms», the company-developer specified. «All key documents are received and co-ordinated. The permanent commission works at the object, it is connected with the accelerated terms of commissionning. Putting into operation is planned for the first quarter 2015».
