Economic amnesty can be applied to 36 people in Bashkortostan

In Bashkortostan the amnesty declared by the State Duma on July 2, can be applied to 36 people being retained in penal institutions and registered in criminal and penal inspections of the republican Main Department of the Federal Service for Execution of Punishment RF, it is informed on the Department website.

According to the amnesty terms prior to going at large, the condemned should compensate for damages inflicted by them to individuals and legal bodies. It should be made within six months, before the termination of period for execution of the Decree «On the amnesty announcement». The sums of claims can be large. Thus, one of potential candidates for amnesty has an outstanding claim for five million rbl.

It is marked that these data are only preliminary. The real number of people released from penalty will be greater as also suspected and accused people not taken into custody are also included in the amnesty.
