Employee of bailiff service is condemned for appropriation of 800 thousand rbl. in Ufa

The Soviet regional court of Ufa has sentenced the 49-year-old former employee of the Federal Bailiff Service to 3,5 years of imprisonment conditionally, found her guilty of official forgery and appropriation, the press-service of Office of Public Prosecutor RB informs. The court has established that within four years the former leading specialist filed receipt of means from enterprises-debtors, actually directing money on the banking account of her acquaintance. Thus she appropriated 800 thousand rbl. of government money. Besides the suspended sentence, the woman was committed to the penalty of 40 thousand rbl.
