Commercial enterprise was forced to liquidate backdated salaries in Ufa

Public prosecutors of the Soviet district of Ufa achieved liquidation of backdated salaries in one of the capital private companies engaged in oil extracting and various construction services. Within the limits of checking the labour legislation execution they established that the company had not paid 3,8 million rbl. to 121 employees, including 10 employees which left the company. The Office of Public Prosecutor restored the rights of employees in a court case, at present debts are repaid. Following the results of administrative case the company director is fined, the press-service of republican Office of Public Prosecutor informs.
