Agreement between police and Business Ombudsman is signed in Bashkiria

The Minister of Internal Affairs on Bashkortostan Michael Zakomaldin and Business Ombudsman in RB Rafail Gibadullin concluded an agreement on interaction. «The agreement priority is to develop business climate and to improve investment appeal of our republic. One of directions of the signed document is an information exchange between the parties. Effective interaction in this sphere will allow uniting efforts on counteracting corruption and unfair competition. Also the agreement will promote development of business climate of the republic and attraction of investments», the press-service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on RB informs.

“About 20 percent of businessmen claims are related to the competence of Public Prosecutor Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including legislative registration of enterprise activity. From the beginning of this year we received 25 pleas connected with law enforcement bodies, last year there were 12 of them. It testifies to the growth of activity and openness of businessmen. On the other hand, it means that there are some problems to work with. First of all people expect from us prompt reacting to claims,” the Ombudsman marked.
