Frontier guards fined airlines for illegal passengers’ transportation in Ufa

At the Ufa airport, during the border control of the flight No.446 "Istanbul-Ufa", two citizens of Brazil and one citizen of Croatia arrived to Russia without the Russian visas were revealed.

Turkish airlines "Türk Hava Yolları" was brought to administrative liability for infringement of passengers transportation regulations in the form of penalty in the amount of 100 thousand rbl. according to the Art. 18.14 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation «Illegal trafficking of people across the State Border of the Russian Federation».

Foreign citizens were not allowed to enter the Russian Federation. According to Art. 24 FZ No.114 «On procedure for exit from RF and entry to RF», they are also hold administratively liable in the form of the penalty in the sum of two thousand rbl. each and were sent on the return route, the press-service of Frontier Directorate of FSB of Russia on the Saratov and Samara Regions informs.
