Ufa teacher was charged with extremism

The investigating committee on RB charged the 46-year-old Ufa townspeople with kindling hatred and enmity, and also abasement of human dignity. The teacher of one of the city lycées became a person involved in the criminal case. On October 28, 2012 she placed on her page in Facebook the text describing behaviour of Russian women on holiday in Turkey.

«The text contained negative information concerning representatives of Russian nationality, created at readers sharply negative psychological patterns concerning another person or a group of persons on grounds of race, nationality, language, origin, relation to religion, belonging to any social group. According to experts, the expressions containing in the text, are offensive, humiliating honour and dignity of a person, express a negative estimation of the specific nationality», the press-service of investigating department informs.
