Bailiff refused from a bribe in Bashkortostan

The criminal case was initiated in Kushnarenkovsky region against the debtor, trying to bribe the deputy chief of local bailiff department of Bashkortostan Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service RF.

As the department press-service informs, the man offered the senior bailiff 100 thousand rbl. for releasing attachment from his car. However the officer reported about the preparing crime.

As a result of teamwork of the corruption counteraction division of the Bashkortostan Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service RF and field services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs RB, the criminal case according to Part 3 Art. 291 of the Criminal Code RF - an attempt of official bribery for fulfillment of intentionally illegal acts was initiated against the briber.

It is not the first case when officers of the Bailiff Service show themselves as adhering to principles and praiseworthy,” the head of the department press-service Sergey Spatar underlined.
