Sales of new developments in Bashkiria show growth
Housing sales under construction in Bashkiria are growing steadily, according to data from the preferential mortgage operator Dom.RF, 72 thousand square meters of new developments were sold in the republic in September — 41% more than in September 2025. This was how buyers reacted before the tightening of family mortgage conditions from October 1st.
This "reaction" is even more active than in June before the expected change: at that time, 51 thousand square meters of new developments were sold (+35% compared to June 2025). And in August, 45 thousand square meters under construction were sold — 21% less than a year ago, and 8% less than in July.
