Under a decree by the Government of the Russian Federation, the ban on producers exporting diesel and marine fuel, as well as gas oils, has been extended until October 31, 2026, inclusive. The decision aims to maintain a stable domestic fuel market, including amid high demand for motor fuel during the harvesting campaign, the document notes.

The general ban on fuel exports is in effect in Russia through January 31, 2027. At the same time, the restriction for producers of diesel and marine fuel and gas oils was introduced through September 30, 2026.
