A significant cold snap is expected in the region from October.
From the beginning of October, a significant cold snap is expected in the republic — the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services recommended starting to connect social facilities to heat from the 1st and starting the heating season for apartment buildings from October 6, when the average daily temperature of +8 will already be established. All municipalities in the region submitted readiness passports, said Irina Golovanova, Minister of Housing and Communal Services of Bashkiria, at an operational meeting at the CCR (Center for Management of the Republic).
The head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, clarified whether there is a forecast for winter — preliminarily, it is expected to be colder than previous winters.
"And besides that, as is already clear, the upcoming winter will be more difficult in terms of ensuring safety," Radiy Khabirov noted.
According to the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, as of today, heat has already begun to be supplied in the north of the region — Belokataysky, Krasnokamsky, Mechetlinsky, Tatyshlinsky, Salavatsky, Karaidelsky districts, as well as Chekmagushevsky. 59 social facilities have been connected to the heating system.
