In August, residents of the Republic of Bashkortostan received 3.36 thousand mortgages (slightly more than a thousand were subsidized). Compared with July, issuance fell by 3% (to 3.46 thousand). In July, issuance fell by a quarter after the June surge (against the backdrop of rumors of further tightening of family mortgage terms).
In total, from January to August, the United Credit Bureau calculated that the region issued 26.05 thousand mortgages under subsidized and commercial programs.
The median full cost of a loan (FCL) for the purchase of an apartment in a new building was 14.87% (in July 14.99%), and in the secondary market – 18.34% (in July 19.16%).
By the end of August, the average cost of a Ufa new-build (about a two-room apartment) in standard or comfort class was about 8 million rubles, while an average secondary-market apartment cost about 7 million rubles.
