The educational building of a rural vocational school is being sold to cover the current owner's debts for 11.4 million rubles.
Rosimushchestvo for the Republic of Bashkortostan has put up for auction non-residential real estate in the village of Pervomayskoye, Sterlitamak District. The building covers about 1.5 thousand square meters. The initial (minimum) cost of the lot is 11.4 million rubles. The property has an encumbrance in the form of an arrest.
It is known that vocational school No. 97 was previously located on these premises, where, among other things, tractor drivers and machine operators were trained. After the educational institution closed in 2015, a construction company owned the property.
