It has become known when Actor's House in Ufa will be reconstructed
For now, specialists are considering engineering and planning solutions.
Project documentation for reconstructing the Actor's House in Ufa must be approved by the end of 2026. It is planned to begin work next year. This was discussed at the "Construction Hour" meeting at the Republic House.
Oleg Baidin, Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Government of Bashkortostan, presented the project and a visualization of the building's facade. According to him, after the reconstruction, the first-floor foyer will be expanded, and the building will include a box office, cloakroom, and cafe.
A small hall, creative studios, and libraries will be located on the second floor. The third floor will include music practice rooms and a large hall. The fourth floor will house technical and administrative rooms.
