Of these, almost half were completed using a mortgage.
In January – June, Rosreestr registered more than 45.9 thousand housing sale and purchase agreements in Bashkiria. The number of transactions increased by 14% compared to the first half of 2025 (40.38 thousand).
At the same time, the share of transactions involving borrowed funds also rose — from 38% to 45%.
"The increase in the number of transactions suggests that people are increasingly choosing the secondary market, where you can move into an apartment or premises immediately without waiting for the house to be completed. At the same time, more and more buyers are purchasing real estate primarily using their own savings, taking out a mortgage only to cover the missing amount," commented Marina Martynova, Deputy Head of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Bashkortostan.
