In Ufa, average new-build property has risen in price to 8.2 million rubles
Over the month, the increase amounted to more than 100,000 rubles, and over the year — by almost 700,000 rubles.
According to the Mir Kvartir platform, the average new apartment in Ufa cost almost 8.2 million rubles at the end of August. Compared to July, prices rose 1.3% to 8.06 million rubles (a noticeable jump amid expectations of changes to subsidized mortgage terms).
The price of 1 square meter of housing under construction now averages 177,000 rubles (+1% per month). Experts from the portal believe similar dynamics will continue — at 1% per month.
For comparison: in August 2024, immediately after the cancellation of the subsidized mortgage for everyone, the average cost of an apartment under construction was 7.2 million rubles (+14%, or +1 million rubles), and in August 2025 — 7.5 million rubles.
