Private hospital will be built in Chishmy, Bashkortostan
By order of the republic's authorities, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan is permitted to provide LLC "Garmoniya" with a land plot without bidding for the construction of a medical facility in the district center of the Chishminsky District. The plot with an area of almost 17 sotkas (1668 sq. m) is located on Stroitelnaya Street in the western part of Chishmy. A private clinic already operating in the settlement plans to build its own premises.
The cadastral value of this plot is 1.1 million rubles. Providing land without a mandatory tender is one of the most popular forms of business support. In the first half of 2026, investors in Bashkiria were granted plots totaling more than 212 hectares on preferential terms.
