Ufa is 89% ready for heating season — City Hall

Hydraulic tests have currently been carried out in 4.5 thousand apartment buildings and 575 social facilities.

Hydraulic tests of in-house heat supply systems have been completed in more than 4.5 thousand apartment buildings in Ufa, reported Yaroslav Okhotin, Deputy Head of the City Life Support Department, at an operational meeting in the city administration. In total, there are about 5.6 thousand apartment buildings in Ufa.

Also, tests have been completed in 86% of social facilities, that is, in 575 institutions out of 666.

In turn, the resource-supplying organizations themselves are also subject to inspection. In total, 15 enterprises must undergo evaluation, which manage 71 boiler houses and two heating networks.

"The city must receive the certificate of readiness for the upcoming heating season by November 15. All work is proceeding according to the approved schedule," informed Yaroslav Okhotin.
