In Bashkiria, sales of new buildings in July grew by 6%
In July, developers in Bashkiria sold 49 thousand square meters of future housing. This is 6% more than a year ago, and 14% less than in June, which showed a noticeable revival against the backdrop of expectations of changes in the preferential mortgage program.
In total, from January to July, 315 thousand "square meters" of future housing were sold in the region (26% more than in the first 7 months of 2024). At the same time, during the same period, construction of 775 thousand square meters of housing began in Bashkiria, a significant part of which relates to the start of integrated territory development projects.
Other interesting figures: in the first half of the year, 8,170 preferential mortgages were issued in Bashkiria, and the number of registered shared-equity construction agreements (DDU) amounted to 8,914.
