Bashkir enterprises have significantly increased export of flour and cereals
For the first seven months of this year, Bashkir agricultural processing enterprises exported nearly 24 thousand tons of flour, cereals, bran, and malt abroad, reported the Rosselkhoznadzor administration for the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Bashkortostan exported the most wheat and rye flour this year — 21,354 tons. In second place are wheat and rye bran (2108 tons). In addition, the republic exported 308 tons of various cereals and 24 tons of malt. Countries to which Bashkir agricultural products were shipped include Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.
"During the corresponding period of 2024, nearly 16 thousand tons of grain processing products exported from Bashkortostan to near and far abroad countries were inspected," added the regional Rosselkhoznadzor administration.
