In Ufa, average price of new apartment rose by 4% in July

After near-zero fluctuations, prices are again showing a confident increase in most cities of Russia — perhaps the lull in the new housing market has come to an end, analysts from the federal platform "Mir Kvartir" suggest. It is noted that the price increase in July alone is comparable to the growth for the entire first half of the year (+2.6% to the cost of a "square").

Perhaps the increase in demand and prices in July is connected with the increase in mortgage rates expected in October for families with one child and for capital regions. The effect of deferred demand and the reduction of the key rate also played a role: it is not excluded that buyers have finally believed in the possibility of mortgage refinancing in the near future, experts comment.

In Ufa, the average price of 1 sq. m of new housing grew by 3.1% to 175.2 thousand rubles, and the average price of an average apartment — by 4.2% to 8.06 million rubles.
